Mark Fernandez
Mark has been involved with all aspects of the 14 Elements of a PSM Program as a consultant, implementer, contractor/owner user in his 20 years in the petrochemical and refining industry. His experience and expertise are in the Mechanical Integrity Section.
Mark started his inspection career in 1998 as a Visual Inspector, performing various non-destructive examination inspections. In 2003/2004 he obtained his American Petroleum Institute 510 and 570 Certifications. Mark’s involvement with RBI started in 2005 where he managed and performed all aspects of implementing/evergreening RBMI at various locations.
